According to its listings on B2Brazil and ExportersIndia, NK Dehydration Pvt Ltd is a new manufacturer and exporter of dehydrated onion, garlic and other vegetables on Nana Jadra Road, Mahuva, Gujarat. We did not find a company website.

Creston & Co is not affiliated with NK Dehydration Pvt Ltd. This page is a buyer's guide based on public information.

What NK Dehydration says it makes

Its B2Brazil listing lists white onion and red or pink onion as flakes, chopped, minced, granules and powder, and garlic as cloves, chopped, minced, granules and powder. It also offers fried and toasted onion, carrot, beetroot, ginger and drumstick powder, potato powder and starch, and other vegetables on request.

  • Plant: the listing describes a facility inaugurated in 2026 with SS304 stainless equipment, multi-stage washing and metal detection.
  • Founding year: 2025 per the listing text, while the profile badge reads "Since 2026". Both point to a young company.
  • Certifications: it states Halal, Kosher and FSSAI are held, and that BRCGS and FDA are under process. The ExportersIndia profile names no certificates.
  • Staff and markets: 50 to 100 employees, about 80% export sales, and markets from North America to Oceania listed.
  • Capacity: not stated.

What to verify before you order

A new plant can be a good option, but it has little track record to check. The useful questions are about what is in place today:

  • BRCGS status. "Under process" can mean anything from an enquiry to a booked audit. Ask for the audit date and certification body, then check the BRCGS Directory after the audit. If your customer requires BRCGS, wait for the certificate.
  • FDA. FDA food facility registration is a registration, not an audit. Ask for the number if you ship to the US, and ask how the plant will meet FSMA preventive controls your FSVP needs.
  • FSSAI. Confirm on FoSCoS that the licence covers manufacturing at the Nana Jadra Road address.
  • Halal and Kosher: ask which bodies issued them and check the product scope.
  • Production history. Ask how many lots of your product the new line has run and request lab reports from those lots.
  • Your own sample. Draw it from a production lot, not a showroom bag, and test it at an NABL-accredited lab for moisture, colour, microbiology, pesticides and ethylene oxide.

How we help if you want to buy from NK Dehydration

We can approach NK Dehydration for you, visit the new plant and audit it against your specification, check certificates and their status with the issuing bodies, collect sealed samples and have them tested at an NABL-accredited lab, negotiate terms, supervise loading and check the export documents. It is one written fee agreed in advance, and you buy directly from the company.

For a first order from a new plant, a smaller trial lot is often sensible, and if it is not ready for your volume we compare it with established plants in the cluster. See dehydrated onion, dehydrated garlic, other manufacturers and BRCGS vs FSSC 22000 vs ISO 22000.
