Our services cover every stage of buying from India, from finding the right manufacturer to settling a claim after delivery. Each service is a clearly defined piece of work with a specific deliverable, so you can use one service, a few, or the complete chain. Our fee is agreed in writing before we begin. Third-party costs we pay on your behalf, such as laboratory tests, couriers or independent inspections, are passed on at cost with receipts.

Supplier discovery
New products, new suppliers, or a second source for an existing one
- A written brief with you: product, spec, volume, destination and timing
- A long list from registrations, trade bodies, references and our own visits, then a shortlist of five to ten real manufacturers, not traders
- Background checks on each shortlisted factory: registrations, export history, capacity, ownership
- A review of any supplier you already use, with the same checks

Factory audits
Before you commit to a supplier, and once a year after that
- An on-site visit by our own staff, announced or unannounced as you prefer
- Photos and video of the line, storage, hygiene, packing and loading areas
- A scored checklist covering capacity, quality control, documentation and working conditions
- A plain-language summary of what we would fix before placing an order

Samples & lab testing
Before the first order and on every production lot
- Samples collected by us, sealed and coded so the factory cannot swap them
- Testing at an NABL-accredited laboratory, to your spec and your market's rules

- Counter-samples kept with us so a later claim can be checked against the original

Spec & negotiation
Once you have chosen a supplier
- A written specification: grade, tolerances, packing, marking, documents and test methods
- Price and terms negotiated with the factory on your behalf, with the factory's own quote shown to you
- Purchase-contract support so the spec, the price and the sign-off points are all in one document
- Seasonal price booking where the product has a crop or production season

Order management
From contract to dispatch, on every order
- A production plan agreed with the factory and tracked against dates
- Weekly updates with photos, so you see the order being made
- Private label and packaging coordination: artwork, printing, labelling rules

Pre-shipment QC
Before every container leaves the factory
- Our own inspection of the finished lot against the spec: quantity, packing, marking, condition
- Sealed counter-samples taken from the lot
- Loading supervised at the container door, with photos of the empty container, the loading and the seal
- Coordination with SGS, Bureau Veritas or Intertek when you want a third-party certificate as well

Documents & logistics
At dispatch, for every shipment
- Every export document checked against the contract and your country's import rules before it is issued
- Freight coordinated through forwarders you choose or we recommend, on the Incoterm you prefer

- Guidance on what your customs broker will ask for, before they ask
