From India to any port in the world
One document pack, built for your border, not a generic one. We ship on the Incoterm you prefer.
We prepare every shipment for your country's specific import requirements, not a generic standard. Before a lot is booked, we check the rules that apply at your border. Before any document is issued, we review it against the contract.

Incoterms
Shipping terms, in plain words
FOB
The factory and we get the goods onto the ship at the Indian port, cleared for export. You arrange and pay for the sea freight and everything after. Best when you have your own forwarder and rates.
CIF
We arrange the sea freight and insurance to your port; you handle import clearance and onward delivery. Best when you want one Indian-side price to your port.
DAP
The goods are delivered to your named place, with you clearing import. Best when you want to compare landed costs between suppliers and countries.
Practical
Practical points
- Full containers for regular orders; shared containers or air freight for first lots and samples when speed matters more than cost per kilo
- Marine insurance arranged on request, or under your own policy
- Your customs broker gets the document pack in advance, so questions are answered before the container lands
- Replies in your working hours, whichever continent you are on; the India team works early and late to cover it
